The challenge

Vantel's blog brought traffic, but almost none of it turned into demos. The site ranked for broad topics its buyers never searched for, and product pages were invisible for the queries that mattered.

What we did

We rebuilt organic search around buyer intent in four steps.

  1. 1/ Built a keyword map around problems, alternatives and integrations that buyers search before booking a demo.
  2. 2/ Rewrote product, use-case and comparison pages and resolved technical issues holding them back.
  3. 3/ Shipped a focused content plan where every article led to a relevant product page and demo CTA.
  4. 4/ Connected organic sessions to CRM stages, so content was judged by demos and deals, not pageviews.

Results

In two quarters, organic search became Vantel's largest source of sales-ready demos — at a far lower cost per lead than paid social.
