The challenge

Nexora paid to acquire every customer again and again. There was no post-purchase journey, so first-time buyers rarely returned, and ads had to carry the whole business.

What we did

We paired acquisition with retention in four steps.

  1. 1/ Launched a steady pipeline of UGC and product-demo creatives tested every week.
  2. 2/ Set up welcome, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back emails triggered by customer behaviour.
  3. 3/ Used purchase data to find and bid more for audiences with the highest lifetime value.
  4. 4/ Reported revenue per customer over time, so acquisition decisions accounted for repeat orders.

Results

Revenue nearly doubled in six months, and ads became profitable because customers now come back.
