The challenge

Bloomly was expanding into new cities, but each launch cost more than the last. Traffic arrived on generic pages with long forms, and most visitors left without enquiring.

What we did

We rebuilt the enquiry journey city by city in four steps.

  1. 1/ Built landing pages per city and course with local proof, batch dates and clear fees.
  2. 2/ Cut the form to four fields and added a WhatsApp option for parents who prefer to chat.
  3. 3/ Focused campaigns on the areas around each centre and the keywords parents actually use.
  4. 4/ Ran continuous A/B tests on headlines, offers and forms, keeping only what improved conversion.

Results

Cost per lead fell by 52% in four months, and every new city now launches faster and cheaper.
